KATHMANDU: Everest Bank Ltd (EBL) offered free scholarships to 10 orphans. “The parents of these orphans were killed during the period of insurgency in the country,” states a press release. Five such free scholarships have been offered to the orphans of Nepal Army personals and five to PLA. The bank has urged to offer similar free scholarships to insurgency victims orphans.
