KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank has launched its Global Smart Mobile Banking app for iPhone users to provide the advance technology-based banking facility to its entire customer base. Previously the app was supported in Android phones only. Now the app can be downloaded in both Android and iOS through Google play store and Apple app store, respectively, as per a media release issued on Wednesday. The app is supported by ice-cream sandwich 4.0 version for Android users and iOS 8 version for iPhone users. Through the app, customers can view their account statement, utilise the fund transfer facility, make payment of their credit cards, make utility payments, recharge their mobile, internet bill through top-up facility, search for the nearest ATM or branch and get information about bank’s products and services. To use the service, customers have to use the registered mobile number provided to the bank.
