Silver also retreats after Thursday's sharp gain

Gold price fell by Rs 500 per tola in the domestic market today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
Fine gold, which was traded at Rs 250,200 per tola on Thursday, declined to Rs 249,700 per tola on Friday, reversing the upward trend seen earlier in the week.
Silver also failed to maintain Thursday's strong momentum. After surging by Rs 170 per tola to reach Rs 3,345 per tola the previous day, silver prices slipped by Rs 60 per tola, and are now being traded at Rs 3,285 per tola, the federation said.
