The price of gold decreased by Rs 1,300 per tola in the domestic market on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
Fine gold, which was being traded at Rs 301,000 per tola on Sunday, fell to Rs 299,700 per tola on Monday.
Similarly, silver prices also declined by Rs 35 per tola today. Silver, which was being traded at Rs 5,225 per tola on Sunday, was being traded at Rs 5,190 per tola on Monday, the federation said.
