KATHMANDU, MAY 15

The domestic gold market saw yet another uptick in prices on Wednesday, with an increase of Rs 1,000 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold now stands at Rs 138,400 per tola, marking an increase from Tuesday's rate of Rs 137,400 per tola.

Similarly, tejabi gold is now being traded at Rs 137,750 per tola, compared to Rs 136,750 per tola on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, silver rose by Rs 5 per tola, reaching Rs 1,745 per tola, up from Tuesday's rate of Rs 1,740 per tola.
