KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 28

The price of gold in the domestic market plunged by Rs 2,200 per tola on Friday, continuing its recent downward trend.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 168,100 per tola today, down from Rs 170,300 per tola on Thursday.

Similarly, the price of silver also decreased by Rs 30 per tola. Silver, which was recorded at Rs 1,945 per tola on Thursday, is now being traded at Rs 1,915 per tola.
