KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 15
The price of gold in the domestic market soared to a new high on Sunday, increasing by Rs 500 per tola.
With this rise, fine gold is now priced at Rs 156,800 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA).
On Friday, fine gold was being traded at Rs 156,300 per tola.
Similarly, silver followed the upward trend, increasing by Rs 140 per tola. After being priced at Rs 1,860 per tola on Friday, silver has now reached Rs 1,900 per tola as of Sunday.
