The price of gold increased by Rs 3,500 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
With the rise, fine gold is being traded at Rs 316,900 per tola, up from Rs 313,400 per tola on Friday.
Meanwhile, the price of silver also increased by Rs 30 per tola. Silver, which was traded at Rs 5,445 per tola on Friday, is being traded at Rs 5,475 per tola today, the federation said.
