Gold prices remained unchanged in the domestic market on Wednesday, while silver registered a notable increase, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association.
Fine gold was traded at Rs 314,800 per tola, the same rate as Tuesday.
In contrast, silver prices rose by Rs 130 per tola, climbing from Rs 5,585 per tola on Tuesday to Rs 5,715 per tola on Wednesday.
