The price of gold surged by Rs 2,000 per tola in the domestic market, today.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FeNeGoSiDA), the fine gold is now trading at Rs 121,000 per tola, a significant jump from Friday's Rs 119,000 per tola. This follows a Rs 600 increase on Friday.

Similarly, tejabi gold is now trading at Rs 120,400 per tola, compared to Friday's Rs 118,450 per tola.

In parallel, the price of silver witnessed a Rs 20 increase per tola, reaching Rs 1,410 today, up from Rs 1,390 on Friday.
