Gold price rose by Rs 800 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday, continuing the recent upward trend.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is now trading at Rs 254,100 per tola, up from Rs 253,300 on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, silver recorded a sharp increase, gaining Rs 110 per tola in a single day. It is being traded at Rs 3,655 per tola on Wednesday, compared to Rs 3,545 per tola the previous day.
