KIRTIPUR:

Himal Cement Factory which was closed four years ago is yet to clear Rs 42 crore 22 lakh loan, which it owes to the government. The factory had borrowed periodic loan worth Rs 32 crore and it is yet to clear Rs 5 crore 10 lakh loan borrowed from the Nepal Industrial Development Corporation, Rs 3 crore 35 lakh borrowed from the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) and Rs One crore is yet to be cleared individually.
