KATHMANDU: Bulgarian Ambassador to Nepal Petko Doykov, on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bulgaria, has honoured Bhola Bikram Thapa, honorary consul for the Republic of Bulgaria in Nepal, with golden Lourel Bough decoration.

Thapa has been honoured with the decoration, which is considered to be the highest award for a civilian, for his outstanding services in further cementing Bulgaria-Nepal diplomatic and economic ties, as per a press release issued here on Wednesday.
