Huawei P8 coming soon

Call Mobility, authorised distributor of Huawei phones in Nepal is all set to launch P8, the latest smartphone by Huawei on July 10. With high-gloss diamond cut edges and slim body, P8 proves itself to be aesthetically stylish. This successor of the P7 has new and upgraded features that its predecessors lacked.

“This latest Premium product in the P-series takes the smartphone to the next level combining technology, style and creative artistic capabilities,” said Summit Pradhananga, Marketing Manager at Huawei Nepal. According to him,  is made of single-piece aluminum body. He claims that the phone comes in a translucent package and the unboxing experience is unlike anything people have seen before – it’s like taking a book from the shelf.

Highlighting the design of the handset, which emphasises more on aesthetic aspect he said, “It is sleek, simple and elegant with minimalist design style.” It consists of 5.2-inches LCD screen with the resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and is considered of having one of the largest screen ratios, taking up more than 72 per cent of the surface. It has 2.9mm ultra-narrow ‘invisible’ frame, where only 0.8 millimetre of frame is visible.

The dual-SIM handset is powered by Android 5.0+EMUI 3.1 operating system and has quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A53 and quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 processor.  It has 3GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 128 GB.

“One of the strong features the mobile boasts is its camera- having world’s first four-colour 13MP primary camera with RGBW imaging and  large F2.0 aperture,” he stated. Likewise, it is equipped with 8MP secondary camera. It has non-removable Li-Po 2680 mAh battery.

It will be available in altogether four colours- mystic champagne and titanium grey for 16GB model and carbon black and prestige gold for 64GB model.

“We are very excited to introduce the handset that is packed with new and exciting features that its contemporaries lack,” he stated. The company is also looking forward to launching some more models of P series very soon.
