Kathmandu, June 27:

National Insurance Company (NIC) Ltd organised a seminar on ‘Scientific Risk Management for Hydro Power Projects’ in the capital. Speaking at the programme Gyanendra Lal Pradhan, chairman of Khudi Hydro Power Ltd said, “Electricity is the cheapest form of energy, so development of this sector will help to uplift the society.”

Jawed Ashraf, counsellor at Embassy of India on the occasion, said that India is closely and widely involved in development of power sector in Nepal.
