KATHMANDU: The 17th annual general meeting of Life Insurance Corporation Nepal (LICN) was held on Friday.

The meeting has endorsed the decision to distribute cash dividend worth Rs 531.2 million or35.54 per cent of the paid-up capital to the shareholders out of the profits of fiscal year 2017-18.

Similarly, the company will distribute 34.46 per cent bonus shares worth Rs 515.1 million to the shareholders out of the profits of the fiscal.
