KATHMANDU, JUNE 29

MetLife Nepal has launched a limited-time campaign allowing customers to reinstate lapsed life insurance policies with late fee waivers of up to 100 percent.

The campaign, running from June 18 to July 16, enables customers to reactivate policies either through the One by MetLife mobile application or by visiting branch offices.

Under the scheme, policyholders whose policies have lapsed within the past five years are eligible for a 100 percent waiver on late fees, while policies inactive for more than five years qualify for a 75 percent waiver.

MetLife said customers can complete the reinstatement process digitally through the mobile application without visiting a branch.
