KATHMANDU: Welcome Advertising & marketing Pvt Ltd joined the network of France based IN-Advertising, an independent global marketing and agency network. Welcome is first advertising agency of Nepal to be registered in the IN-Advertising network which has members in 140 cities of 90 countries. It caters to multinational companies based in Sydney, Shanghai, London, Montreal and Cairo.

New NATO panel

KATHMANDU: The eighth AGM of Nepal Association of Tour Operators on Sunday elected Ashok Pokharel its new president and a 14-member executive committee for the next three years. Manohar SJB Rana, Yadav Khanal, Shibesh Shrestha and Bhakta Bahadur Malla were elected 1st vice-president, 2nd vice-president, secretary and treasurer, respectively. Ambica Shrestha, Bikram Pandey, Birendra Basnet, Joy Dewan, Shikhar Prasai, Prabin Pandey, Suman Sachdev, Sanjay Mathema and Greesh Bindra were elected members.

KATHMANDU: Bsoft Nepal launched the country first cooperative website on Saturday. Chairman of National Cooperative Bank board Deepak Prakash Baskota launched the website at the sixth annual general meeting of National Cooperative Bank in Dhulabari of Jhapa district. The portal — www.sahakarinepal.com — will provide information about cooperatives of Nepal, news, opinion and interviews. The country has 15,000 cooperatives.
