KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 23
The price of the yellow metal has increased by Rs 1,100 on Tuesday, while silver too has witnessed a slight increment of Rs 25.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold was priced at Rs 89,000 per tola on Monday, while following an increment by the aforementioned amount, it is being traded at Rs 90,100 per tola today.
In the same manner, tejabi gold too is being traded at an increased price of Rs 89,650 compared to Monday wherein it was priced at Rs 88,550 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver too has been subjected to a slight swell of Rs 25 and is being sold at Rs 1,360 per tola on Tuesday.
During the Covid-19 lockdown period, the price of gold had witnessed an upward trend with it having crossed the 100,000 mark during the period.
