Kathmandu, June 19 :

Space bookings at R K Complex, a new business complex at Sitapaila, Kathmandu is being opened from Tuesday.

According to a press release issued by the company today, separate stories with 7,000 square feet area are available for lease at the complex, which has a total area of 43,000 square feet.

The complex is close to the Ring road, which is at an ideal location in terms of pollution and traffic jams and adjacent to three planned housing projects. The six-story complex is built with earthquake resistance technology and has facilities like 24-hour security, large parking space with compound, lift, 24-hour power and water supply. The complex will be an ideal place for department stores, banks, insurance and trading houses.
