KATHMANDU: Samsung has officially launched their authorised service centre at Mid-Baneshwor. The inauguration for this new service centre was done by Sung June Park, managing director of Samsung Nepal, and Dikesh Malhotra, president and CEO of IMS Group, as per a press statement.
The ceremony was also attended by Samsung Nepal's Director Pranaya Ratna Sthapit, Service Head Rajan Bhattarai, and the Sales Head of IMS Group Kailash Iyer and mobile distributors of the region.
With the aim to provide quality after-sales service and continuous customer-service the company launched its 21st authorised service centre in Baneshwor.
Samsung had already launched five authorised service centres within the capital valley, and a further 15 outside the valley. As per the company, Samsung mobile users will be able to avail repair-related services with or without a warranty on their devices through the service centres.
