KATHMANDU: Siddhartha Bank Ltd (SBL) has launched a special home loan facility for the purchase, construction and renovation of houses for the Nepali New Year 2080 BS.
Under this scheme, the bank will provide home loans to the customers at an interest rate of 11.755 per annum, as per a press release. The interest rate of the loan provided in this way will be fixed for the first seven years.
The bank has implemented this scheme only for a limited period.
Keeping in mind the convenience of the customers, the bank has been regularly introducing such simple and easy loan schemes, and the bank believes that this scheme will fulfil the dream of all the customers to build their own house.
