KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Chiranjibi Nepal has administered the oath of office and secrecy to Chairman of Sunrise Bank Ltd (SBL) Moti Lal Dugar.

Dugar was elected to the bank’s board during its annual general meeting on Sunday and selected as the chairman unanimously.

Other officials present on the occasion were Deputy Governor of NRB Chintamani Siwakoti, Executive Director and Spokesperson of NRB Narayan Prasad Poudel and other executives from the central bank.

Sharada Sharma Pudasaini, the newly elected director of the bank and CEO Ratna Raj Bajracharya were also present on the occasion.
