The new authorised facilities aim to strengthen Xiaomi's after-sales support network, with the Itahari outlet featuring a dedicated customer experience zone.
KATHMANDU, JULY 7
Xiaomi Nepal has expanded its after-sales service network by opening two new authorised service centres in Itahari and Narayangadh, offering repair, maintenance and technical support for its range of devices.
Located at Dharan Line in Itahari and Lions Chowk in Narayangadh, the centres will provide services for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables, hearables and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Customers will also have access to genuine Xiaomi spare parts, the company said.
The facilities will be operated by TeleDirect Pvt Ltd, a company under the Ramesh Corp group, which manages Xiaomi's authorised after-sales services in Nepal.
The Itahari outlet also includes a dedicated Customer Experience Zone, allowing visitors to explore and test Xiaomi products before making a purchase.
Speaking at the inauguration, TeleDirect General Manager Deepak Shrestha said the new centres would provide faster and more accessible after-sales support while helping strengthen customer confidence in the brand.
Xiaomi said promotional offers to mark the opening of the centres would be announced through its official social media channels.
