Kathmandu: The most awaited sixth volume of the popular Harry Potter series, ‘Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince,’ is coming to Nepal courtesy Lars M Braaten of United Books, Thamel who, himself flew all the way to Denmark to bring 150 copies of the book to the avid Nepali reader. Just like anywhere else in the world, Harry Potter has gained immense adulation in Nepal. Fans of Harry Potter belong to all age groups and they will leave no stone unturned to grab their copies. “My son and I are both obsessed with Harry Potter and I would drop him to school each day reading the book out to him, resulting in him sometimes being late for the school assembly. Our reading sessions came to an abrupt end after I was cornered by the principal,” confides the manager of a leading English daily. “The book will be distributed from 1 pm onwards and is priced at Rs 1,440.
