LONDON: Anna Kournikova has sparked rumours she has got engaged to singer Enrique Iglesias after she was spotted wearing a diamond band on her ring finger.

The tennis player — who has been dating Enrique Iglesias on and off for eight years — has been wearing a large diamond ring on her wedding finger, sparking rumours the couple are set to wed. When asked about the ring’s significance by one reporter, she snapped: “I thought you were the good press.”

She then quickly put her hand behind her back.

Last year, Enrique — who began dating the blonde beauty after she appeared in his music video for Escape in 2001 — gushed that Anna is the love of his life but claimed he had no plans to marry her in the immediate future.
