spends her weekend with her rock star husband Rojesh Shrestha of X-Mantra

My weekends revolve around work as my band Tatwa is usually busy with gigs. My husband helps me with the performance and we usually play unplugged at Shangri-La Hotel in Lazimpat on Fridays. Sometimes friends drop by at the hotel to enjoy the music and barbeque. So Fridays are generally about work-cum-fun as we usually hang out with friends after the gigs.

Saturday mornings are all about waking up late. We don’t go for movies at the theatre but enjoy the weekend movies on Star Movies and HBO.

Sometimes I go to my best friend Samporna Subba’s place and make delicious momos and enjoy some girly talks with her.

If I stay home my husband helps me in preparing lunch by cutting onions. I am pretty bad at it but he does it fast and smooth and calls himself the best onion cutter in the whole world, which I agree to.

I spend my Saturday afternoons giving my dog, Poomba a bath, but due to his sharp teeth my hubby prefers calling him Dragon Dracula Dhyabre Shrestha. In the evening we again get busy performing gig at Spirit Lounge at Baneshwor.
