The gorgeous Sitoshna Ban’s dream came true when she bagged Miss

Chitwan 2013 title. This helped her secure a position at Miss Nepal 2014

giving her a platform to shine. She is now one of the most watched faces in the industry. TGIF catches up with the beauty

Sitoshna, so how did Miss Chitwan 2013 happen?

It has been almost two years since I won the crown as Miss Chitwan. Obviously, it was a dream come true! Representing my city at Miss Nepal was also a very proud moment for me.

Whom did you consider your main competitor in Miss Nepal?

All were at their best but truly for me Prinsha Shrestha was my main competitor among the 19 girls.

When you compare the pageants what difference do you find?

Miss Chitwan and Miss Nepal both were different experiences for me so far. During Miss Chitwan pageant, the training period was short, we didn’t have enough lectures or grooming classes. I was lucky to make lots of friend at both pageants. Though I was not able to win the crown as Miss Nepal there are no hard feelings.

So has fame changed you?

After winning the title, you just cannot walk around like before. More people know you and you just need to be conscious about how you present yourself to the public. Also, I have turned into an extrovert now.

What are you currently involved in?

I am actively involved in photo shoots and fashion shows. I’m in love with the lights, camera and the ramp. Every time I walk the ramp it feels like the first time.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

I see myself as a social entrepreneur!

Who is the most influential person in your life?

My dad has always been my influence. Being a social worker he believes in giving rather than taking. I want to be exactly like him as a person.

How would you describe your ideal man?

My ideal man should be gentle, generous, qualified, loving and sensitive.
