BHAKTAPUR:  A woman has died after she slipped on her field in Chareli, Nagarkot Municipality-7 of Bhaktapur district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as local Sanumaiya Sapkota (55).

She had gone to her field to collect fodders for her cattle and had slipped on the field, said DSP Mitrabandu Sharma of Jagati-based Metropolitan Police Circle.

The locals had called the police after they had spotted the body.

The body has been taken to a hospital for postmortem.
