KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Population on Tuesday registered a bill on Manmohan Memorial Institute of Health Sciences (MMIHS) in Parliament. According to sources, the bill registered by Minister for Health and Population Khagaraj Adhikari proposes to allow the institute to teach medical science.
