Kathmandu: People with Disabilities (PWD) on Saturday demanded that the interim statute recognise rights to education, health and employment as their basic rights. “The government should consider issues of the PWDs and ensure their representation in all state mechanisms,” said a member of the Independent Living Centre for People with Disabilities.
