KATHMANDU: Children for Green New Nepal (CGNN) on the occasion of Earth Day on Wednesday organised a programme to create awareness among youth on global warming and increasing pollution. CGNN on the occasion displayed paintings painted by 65 students from nine different schools with the theme of protecting the world from pollution and global warming. The day was celebrated with a slogan of 'Love Earth, Serve Earth'. Bijaya Prajapati, president of CGNN said that they were also showing a 90-minute documentary on cleaner and greener earth by decreasing pollution.
