House condoles former lawmaker Ram Hari Dhungel's death
KATHMANDU: The Parliament meeting on Sunday condoled the death of former lawmaker of Nepali Congress, Ram Hari Dhungel.
The condolence motion presented by Speaker Onsari Gharti Magar was passed unanimously.
Dhungel, a member of the 1999 House of Representatives, was found dead at his rented room in Dillibazaar of Kathmandu on Thursday.
He was elected to the Parliament from Ramechhap Constituency No. 2 and subsequently served as Assistant Minister for Agriculture in the Girija Prasad Koirala-led Cabinet.
Meanwhile, the next Parliament meeting has been scheduled to take place after 30 minutes today itself.
