UPDATE: Identities of 5 Kavre jeep accident victims established
KATHMANDU: Of the six persons, who died in a jeep accident in Kavre this morning, the identities of five have been established.
They have been identified as Kheli Maya Bal (35), Putali Maya Bal (20), Mhendo Maya Jimba (22), Manisha Moktan (27) and Kumari Jimba (19) of Mahabharat Rural Municipality-2.
According to the Kavrepalanchok District Police Office, identity of the sixth victim is yet to be known.
Likwise, a 20-month-old minor Kristina Moktan has gone missing in the incident.
Police are looking into the case.

6 dead, 11 hurt as jeep plunges 150m in Kavre
KATHMANDU: As many as six persons died and 11 others sustained injuries when a jeep they were travelling in fell some 150 metres below the road in Roshi Rural Municipality-3 of Kavrepalanchok district this morning.
The jeep (Ba 14 Ka 9556) heading towards Gokule from Banepa fell below the road killing six passengers in Sikhar Ambote at 10:30 am today, according to SP Sahakul Thapa at the Kavre District Police Office.
It is yet to establish the identities of the victims. It has been learnt that the driver was among the deceased.
Among the injured, one is said to be in critical condition. He has been airlifted to Kathmandu for treatment, added Thapa. "Condition of other injured is stable.They were treated in a local hospital in Kavre."
The ill-fated four-wheeler was ferrying 17 persons.
Police are looking into the case.
