KATHMANDU: Inspector General of Police Upendra Kant Aryal on Friday conferred insignia on three newly-promoted SPs amid a function organised in Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal. The recipients of insignia are SPs Rakesh Bahadur Singh, Yog Bahadur Pal and Rabin Basnyat. On the occasion, IGP Aryal directed them to carry out their duties and responsibilities in a professional manner. They were promoted to SPs on Wednesday as per a secretarial level decision of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
