Litterateurs honoured

Kathmandu: The 21st annual general meeting of Sajha Publication, the government-funded publication house, concluded today after felicitating various literary figures for contribution in the field of Nepali literature. The Sajha Puraskar for 2058 and 2059 Bikram Era were given to Rashtra Kabi Madhav Ghimire for his poetry Charu Charchha, and Dr Dhruv Chandra Gautam for his novel Tathakathit. Similarly, Ramesh Bikal and Dr Kabita Ram Shrestha were given away the prizes Bal Sahitya Puraskar - 2058 and Bal Natak Puraskar - 2059. Ratnakar Devkota and Padma Raj Joshi won awards for Nepali Kendriya Bhasikaka Ukhan and Gaura Parba Ek Parichay. — HNS
