Relief for flood-hit

KATHMANDU: Nepal Teachers’ Union and Nepal Teachers’ Association on Tuesday requested all their members throughout the country to contribute one-day’s salary for the people affected by floods in Sunsari and Saptari. Issuing separate press statements, the umbrella associations of school teachers also offered condolences to the people who lost lives in the floods. Meanwhile, Ullens School on Tuesday said it has dispatched relief materials to the flood-hit areas through Nepal Army Wives’ Association.
