KATHMANDU: The senior most joint secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), Pradeep Khatiwada, has been appointed as an officiating foreign secretary. The chief of the administration, under secretary Yadav Khanal, has been appointed as a new spokesperson at the MoFA. — HNS

KATHMANDU: The visiting delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross’s (ICRC) and donors comprising representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, US, Canada and Australia paid a courtesy call on Deputy PM and Minister for Foreign Affairs KP Sharma Oli at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Sunday.
