Call to defy govt order

KATHMANDU: The Civil Society’s Movement for Democracy and Peace (CSMDP) on Monday issued a call to the general public to protest against and defy the government order whereby the landlords have to submit a detailed form of the tenants at the nearest police station. It said the move was an umpteenth instance of the incumbent regime paying no heed to the need to uphold individual freedom and civil liberty. — HNS
