KATHMANDU:

Embassy of India signed two memoranda of understanding on Tuesday with the District Development Committees in Sunsari and Nuwakot to develop infrastructure in the districts. A statement issued by the embassy here on Thursday said a grant assistance of Rs 29.98 million would be provided for repairing 2.225 km town road in Inaruwa. Similarly, Rs 2.96 million would be made available for the construction of an Office-cum-Exhibition building for Shree Jalapa Area Development Committee in Devighat in Nuwakot. The two projects will be implemented by the concerned DDCs.
