KATHMANDU: The second meeting of Nepal Intellectual Council central committee was held under the chairmanship of Bhim Prasad Neupane in the capital on Saturday. Issuing a press release, the NIC stated that the meeting had elected its regional and zonal in-charges after endorsing a three year programme of the committee.
