KATHMANDU: A jailbird doing his time for his involvement in a foreign employment fraud died in course of treatment on Monday.

Mohammad Mastakim (30), a permanent resident of Sabaila-7 of Dhanusha district, was imprisoned on April 7, 2011.

He was taken to the Bir Hospital from the Nakhkhu Jail in Lalitpur after he reported some problems in his chest.
