KATHMANDU: Sajha Yatayat Chairman Kanak Mani Dixit, who was arrested by the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) to probe into the charges of illegally amassing property, was produced before the Special Court on Sunday.

The CIAA produced Dixit before the Court seeking further detention for carrying out investigation.

Dixit, also a noted journalist and a human rights activist, was arrested by the anti-graft constitutional body on Friday.
