KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Arjun Narsingh KC has announced his candidacy to the post of party general secretary.

During a programme organised at the Reporters' Club in the Capital on Tuesday, leader KC added that his candidacy was from party senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba panel.

While announcing the candidacy, leader KC said that he stood from the Deuba panel as he did not get justice from the establishment side, although he had remained on the same side for 18 years. He added that this was his final decision.
