KATHMANDU: After Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba rejected the offer of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli to become the next PM with the CPN-UML’s backing, Oli also made the same offer to NC’s senior leader Ramchandra Paudel. Oli had telephoned Paudel on Wednesday evening, according to his close aides. Paudel also rejected the offer, stating that he could not go against the NC’s decision to make CPN-Maoist Centre’s Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal the next PM with the NC’s backing, said a close aide of Paudel.
