KATHMANDU:  Police have arrested a person in possession of illegal drugs from Thamel, KMC-29 of Kathmandu on Sunday.

Gyan Bahadur Tamang (38) of Khana Devi-5, Ramechhap, currently residing in Balkot, Bhaktapur was held in possession of various controlled pharmaceutical drugs.

A team of police deployed from the Lainchaur-based Metropolitan Police Circle had arrested him.

Police are looking into the case.
