KATHMANDU: A person, who fell unconscious while cleaning a well at Gurjudhara of Chandragiri Municipality-5, died in course of treatment on Wednesday.

The deceased has been identified as Shital Tamang (29) of Palung in Makawanpur district.

Tamang was asphyxiated while carrying out a work of cleaning a well in the yard of a house belonging to Rabindra Ghimire.

He breathed his last at Satungal-based Armed Police Force Hospital.
