KATHMANDU: Police on Tuesday arrested a man with 1.8 kg hashish from Tyanglaphant,Kirtipur-2 of Kathmandu.

The suspect has been identified as 43-year-old Sitaram Waiba of Tistung-4 in Makawanpur district.

Police deployed from Kirtipur Police Circle had intercepted Waiba and confiscated the drug concealed inside a bag.

Police said they are looking into the case.
