KATHMANDU: The Central Committee meeting of the UCPN-Maoist began at Paris Danda, Koteshwor on Wednesday.

The meeting is expected to analyse the political scenario and the future strategy of the party. The discussion on the political document of chairman Puspha Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' presented in the Politburo meeting earlier is underway.

Sources close to Maoists say the shape and size of the national government along with its formation and civilian supremacy are a few items on the agenda to be discussed in the meeting.
