KATHMANDU, SEPTEMBER 4
National College, under Kathmandu University, is organizing a two-day international seminar on sustainable development starting Thursday.
The event will be inaugurated by former President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, with Kathmandu University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Achyut Wagle delivering a keynote.
According to Principal Madhav Neupane, academics and researchers from Nepal, India, Bangladesh, and Canada will join discussions under themes such as holistic sustainability, academia-community linkages, and digitalization.
The program also includes an exhibition, a grant proposal workshop by Tribhuvan University's Dr. Ratna Mani Nepal, and live demonstrations by students. Organizers expect the seminar to foster collaboration and practical insights into South Asia's sustainability challenges.
